Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders and contracts placed with JWLT India Private Limited, doing business as Jewult (“Jewult”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging with Jewult’s products or services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

Jewult reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review this Policy regularly.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Services and Products

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if received immediately after placing the order and prior to commencement of any work or delivery process.

  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained once work has commenced, deliverables have been shared, or if orders have been communicated to third-party vendors or merchants and the fulfillment or shipping process has been initiated.

  • For subscription or recurring services, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 calendar days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

1.2 Non-Cancellable Items

  • Jewult does not accept cancellation requests for any digital products, software licenses, or non-physical items once delivered or activated.

  • For physical goods procured on behalf of clients, cancellation requests will not be entertained if the product is perishable or customized.

  • Refunds or replacements for physical goods will be considered only if the customer establishes the product is defective, damaged, or materially not as described.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility
Refunds will be granted only in the following circumstances:

  • If services were not delivered as per the agreed scope or timeline solely due to Jewult’s fault.

  • If a product delivered is defective, damaged, or materially different from the description, and such issues are reported within 2 calendar days of receipt.

  • Duplicate payments due to technical or processing errors.

  • Refunds explicitly agreed upon in writing within a contract or service agreement.

2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction without valid cause, or failure to provide necessary cooperation or information by the client.

  • Delay or non-performance caused by client-side factors or external third parties outside Jewult’s control.

  • Services already rendered or work already performed in full or part.

  • Delivery of digital products, software licenses, or any service activated or accessed by the client.

  • Third-party products or services procured on behalf of the client.

2.3 Warranty Claims
Clients are advised to refer warranty-related issues directly to the product manufacturer or third-party vendor, where applicable.

3. Reporting and Refund Procedure

  • All claims for damaged, defective, or non-conforming products must be submitted in writing to info@jewult.com within 2 calendar days of receipt of the product.

  • Jewult will coordinate with the relevant vendors or merchants to verify the claim. Refunds or replacements will be made only after verification and approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 16 to 30 calendar days and credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Jewult shall not be liable for delays in refund processing due to banking or payment gateway procedures, especially for international transactions.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • Jewult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from cancellations, refunds, or any service or product failures.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Jewult harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their misuse of products or failure to comply with this Policy.

  • This Policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, India.
